Sales Policy

1. Shipping
We ship to worldwide. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to ensure that you will receive your items. We ship by registered post, DHL, and other courier services. Surface parcels service only eligible to certain items.

2. Packaging Process
To protect the items that had been ordered, it is necessary to rebox our items before shipping. It will take up to 2 working days.

3. Damage Items (notifies within 3 day, full refund will be made on the item excluding shipping) UNIKA BORNEO will not question this decision and will gladly accept the item back.
*The buyer is responsible for returning the item in the same condition as sent and will pay the shipping costs and any bank or financial fees.
After five (5) days, the sale is considered final. Products accepted for return that have been damaged through misuse, and/or have been tampered with do not qualify for a refund/exchange.

4. Payment
UNIKA BORNEO accepts payment by bank deposit or wire transfer. We are not liable for any taxes imposed on your item(s). We will email you upon receiving payment and usually ship your item within 2 working days.
*The buyer agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes  related to the Service(s) provided to you hereunder such as money transfer stamp fees, admin fees etc.
